Delhi shocker: Police constable rapes woman
New Delhi, Feb 26: A woman in her 30's was raped by a Delhi Police head constable, police said Thursday.
Devi Singh, posted with the disaster team of Delhi Police in north Delhi's Rohini, is still on the run.
The victim, who is a relative of Singh, told police that she was raped at a house in west Delhi's Narela area.
