Delhi shamed yet again: 51-year old Danish woman looted, gangraped

, Jan 15: In a yet another shocking incident in Delhi, a 51-year old

woman tourist was

and gangraped by at least 3 men. The incident happened in a busy area at the Connaught Place, close to the railway station on Tuesday evening.

The Delhi police has detained 15 men in the connection and is probing the case. Narrating her ordeal, the woman told the police that she had gone to the National Museum and was on her way back to the hotel in Paharganj at around 8-8:30 pm when she lost her way.

She sought the help these 5-6 men who thrashed, robbed and raped her instead. Following this, she found her way back to the hotel and told the manager about the incident, who informed the police.

The tourist had come to India just a week ago and was at Agra before coming down to Delhi. She now wishes to go back to her country immediately.
