New Delhi, April 7: Delhi is no more secure for anyone. While rapes, gangrapes make headlines everyday in the city, another shameful tag has been added to the national capital. Now a person has be killed over just a mere argument over a car and a bike.

Two days after her son's death in a horrible road rage incident in Delhi, a grieving mother recalled the last moment spent with her son.

50-year-old Noorjahan on Monday, April 6 joined her family members who protested against police demanding strong actions against the culprits. [Massive protest in Delhi following man's death in road rage case]

Meanwhile, the family members of the deceased also asked Rs 50 lack as compensation from the government.

Noorjahan lost her elder son, 38-year-old Shahnawaz. The man was beaten to death on Sunday night.

Recalling the incidents prior to her son's death, Noorjahan was quoted as saying, "I fed him food minutes before they killed him...those cruel people killed my son. They should be arrested soon."

"My son and two grandsons came to our house after a family function. Here, they ate food and left around 11.15 pm for their home on Mata Sundari Road," she added.

The victim reportedly had engaged in an argument with five men who were travelling in a car. The accused allegedly had beat Shahnawaz to death.

Noorjahan said, "Seeing the argument, my grandsons Fahad (13) and Kaif (nine), who were there with Shahnawaz, rushed to the police post situated across the road where they pleaded with two policemen to help their father...however, to no avail."

"On receiving no help, they came running to me and said 'Abbu ki kisi se ladai ho gayi hai' (Father has got into a fight with someone)," she added.

"He was on the road and foaming at the mouth...he was declared brought dead at the hospital," she said, adding that "those responsible for my son's death are local goons and they should be immediately arrested," she asserted.
