Delhi Records 25.8°C Minimum After Rainfall, AQI At Moderate Level
Parts of Delhi-NCR experienced a sudden spell of heavy rain and strong winds on Saturday, offering a refreshing break from the persistent summer heat. The downpour led to a noticeable drop in temperatures, making the weekend weather more enjoyable for residents.
Noida and surrounding regions also witnessed cloudy skies and similar weather patterns, further contributing to the brief but welcome respite. The rain came as a relief to citizens who had been enduring scorching conditions over the past week.

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 25.8°C on Saturday, which is 0.7 degrees below the seasonal average. At 9 a.m., the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) noted an Air Quality Index (AQI) of 179, placing the city in the "moderate" air quality category.
CPCB categorizes AQI readings as follows:
0-50: Good
51-100: Satisfactory
101-200: Moderate
201-300: Poor
301-400: Very Poor
401-500: Severe
