Delhi Rains: 17 Flights Diverted From IGI Airport To Amritsar, Lucknow Due To Bad Weather Condition

Delhi Rains: Due to heavy rain and low visibility, around 17 flights were diverted from Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) to nearby airports. According to the information shared by the Delhi airport authority, seven IndiGo aircraft, two Vistara, six Air India, and one Air India Express flights have been diverted to Jaipur, Chandigarh, Amritsar, Ahmedabad, and Varanasi.

The Regional Meteorological Department of Delhi had predicted rain and cloudy weather earlier, which resulted in trouble for hundreds of commuters as showers, thundershowers, and lighting did not allow flights to land in the national capital on Sunday.
