Delhi Pollution: Kejriwal seeks more time from Centre
Delhi has been engulfed in smog, as the Air Quality Index (AQI) levels have crossed 200, since Tuesday morning. Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal has asked for time from Dr Harsh Vardhan, Minister for Science and Technology to discuss emergency measures regarding the growing level of pollution in the national capital.

The CM has also asked for schools and colleges to be shut due to the intensity of the pollution.

The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has directed the Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and Delhi Governments to take instructions and inform what preventive actions were taken to curb the worsening air quality. The next hearing is the day after.
