Delhi MCD elections: Many EVMs 'malfunctioning', says Kejriwal
Polling began at 8 am amid tight security arrangements across the national capital on Sunday.
New Delhi, April 23: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday said reports of EVM malfunctioning were coming from all over the capital during municipal elections.
The Aam Aadmi Party leader also tweeted that people with voter slips were not being allowed to vote.
Delhi is voting on Sunday to elect three wings of the municipal corporation. Voting began on Sunday morning for 272 wards in which the ruling BJP is locked in a triangular battle with the Congress and the AAP.
Polling began at 8 am amid tight security arrangements across the city.
Out of the 13,022 polling stations, the police have declared 3,284 as sensitive and 1,464 as hyper-sensitive.
Voting will be held till 5 pm. Counting of votes will be held on April 26.
