According to sources, terrorists have been trying to derail the scheduled NSA level talks.

Terror groups such as Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and the Hizbul Mujahideen, who at the behest of the ISI and Pakistan army, will try and disrupt talks, Intelligence Bureau officials said.

Sources also informed that the cache of arms had arrived in Delhi about three months back. Similar kind of alert was issued in the capital in April 2015.

All security agencies were on high alert as it was reported that Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) might carry out a 'fidayeen' attack in the city.
