Delhi Deputy CM summoned in DCW recruitment scam
New Delhi, Oct 7: Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has been summoned by the Anti Corruption Branch (ACB) for questioning in the case of illegal recruitments at the Delhi Commission for Woman, an official said on Friday.
"ACB on Thursday summoned Manish Sisodia to appear before it on October 14 for questioning regarding the illegal recruitments at the DCW," Special Commissioner Of Delhi Police Mukesh Kumar Meena, who also heads Anti Corruption Branch, told IANS.

The ACB had earlier twice questioned DCW Chairperson Swati Maliwal. An FIR was also registered against her.
The FIR was lodged under Section 3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, apart from Sections 120B (criminal conspiracy) and 409 (criminal breach of trust by a public servant) of the Indian Penal Code, following a complaint filed on August 12 by former DCW chief Barkha Singh Shukla in connection with the illegal recruitments.
