Delhi deadlock: LG invites all parties to discuss government formation

"We have been called at 5.45 p.m.," Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Manish Sisodia told IANS.
Congress legislator Haroon Yusuf also confirmed receiving Jung's invite and said they are likely to meet him at 3.45 pm.
Sources in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the single largest party in the Delhi assembly, said that their meeting is likely to be held Monday evening at Raj Bhavan.
Jung Oct 29 said he would meet all party leaders to discuss the possibility of government formation in the capital.
The development came a day after the Supreme Court expressed displeasure at the central government's delay in ensuring a new government in Delhi which has been under President's Rule since Feb 17.
The national capital has been without an elected government since February, when the AAP government quit.
After three BJP legislators were elected to the Lok Sabha in May, the effective strength of the assembly came down to 67 from the original 70.
The BJP's tally also got reduced to 28 from 31. It has the support of a lone Akali Dal legislator.
After expelling Vinod Kumar Binny from the party, the AAP is left with 27 legislators.
The Congress has eight legislators. There is one independent legislator and one from the Janata Dal-United.
