Delhi court bails out Arvind Kejriwal in defamation case
New Delhi, July 8: A court here on Friday granted bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a defamation case filed by Bharatiya Janata Party MP Ramesh Bidhuri.
Metropolitan Magistrate Harvinder Singh granted bail to Kejriwal after he appeared in the court in pursuance of the summons issued to him earlier.

The court was hearing a defamation complaint filed by BJP leader Bidhuri, who said Kejriwal made defamatory statements against him, terming him a criminal, in an interview to a private channel on July 17 last year.
Bidhuri told the court that Kejriwal's statements had maligned him and sullied his image.
