ECI bribery case: Look-out circular issued against Sasikala's nephew Dinakaran

After the initial round of investigations are completed, Sukesh would be brought to Chennai. He is likely to be questioned in the presence of Dinakaran.

A team of the Delhi crime branch has reached Chennai to probe a hawala transaction of Rs 10 crore. The team will collect evidence and gather documents after it was found that a hawala transaction of Rs 10 crore was made. The trail of this money was found to be transferred between Chennai and Delhi.

The special crime branch officials would try and ascertain if this money had anything to do with the Election Commission bribe case relating to the AIADMK two leaves symbol. The crime branch had arrested Sukesh Chandrasekar from Delhi in connection with this case. It was found that he had promised Sasikala Natarajan's nephew T T V Dinakaran the two leaves symbol. It was said that he had assured to get the symbol after bribing EC officials Rs 50 crore.

Dinakaran who was ousted from the party had however said that he had done no wrong. The special team had asked him to join the investigations. He will be asked about his connection with Sukesh. The police are also relying on a phone call to back their charge.

After the initial round of investigations are completed, Sukesh would be brought to Chennai. He is likely to be questioned in the presence of Dinakaran.
