Delhi: BJP slaps a legal notice on AAP over fake votes claims

Addressing a press conference in Delhi on Tuesday, Delhi BJP president Satish Upadhyay said that they have sent a notice to Arvind Kejriwal and also filed a complaint with the Election Commission.
"Kejriwal, time and again, makes baseless allegations. His party has lodged a complaint with the EC but not given any evidence," Upadhyay was quoted as saying in Zee news report.
On the question of government formation in Delhi, the BJP leader only said that the party will make its stand clear at the right time.
Earlier on Tuesday, the Supreme Court showing its displeasure on the logjam in Delhi, said that it is not acceptable at all. The apex court said, "In a democracy, President's Rule can't go on forever".
Pulling the Government on the long spell of political stalemate in the capital, the court said, "We gave you enough time but nothing happened and you always make one statement or other on the day of hearing".
President Pranab Mukherjee had approved LG Najeeb Jung's approval to invite the largest party to form a Government in Delhi. Thereafter the talk of BJP forming Government gained the ground.
