Controversial Pastor Bajinder Convicted in 2018 Sexual Assault and Rape Case, Sentencing on April 1

This case is related to allegations of sexual assault against a woman from Zirakpur in 2018. Pastor Bajinder was arrested in July 2018 at Delhi Airport while attempting to board a flight to London.

The Mohali POCSO Court has found Pastor Bajinder Singh guilty in the 2018 Zirakpur sexual assault and rape case. The court will announce his sentence on April 1.

On Friday, Bajinder appeared before the Mohali POCSO Court for the final hearing, along with six other accused. However, due to a lack of evidence, the court acquitted five of the co-accused.
