Congress Wins Seats In LAHDC Kargil Poll; Reason Rahul's Bharat Jodo Yatra?

The recent victory of the Congress party in several seats during the elections to the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), Kargil, has been attributed to Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra.
