Congress leader Rahul Gandhi recently paid a visit to a Keventers store. The Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha has shared a clip of his visit in which he is seen having interaction with the staff and patrons.

"How do you shake up a legacy brand for a new generation and a new market? The young founders of Keventers shared some valuable insights with me recently. Play-fair businesses like Keventers have driven our economic growth for generations. We must do more to support them," Gandhi wrote in a post on X, accompanied by a video of his visit.

A staff is seen asking him whether he wants to observe the cold coffee-making process and Rahul humorously declined, stating, "No, I will make it." In the clip, the video adds milk, ice cream, and operates the mixer before serving the beverage in Keventers' signature bottle.

Also, one of the co-founders humorously asked about his investment plans, to which Gandhi quipped, "I am looking at Keventers and trying to make an investment decision."

The video also showcased a heartwarming interaction with a senior citizen who lives nearby. She invited him to her home, to which he responded, "I will pop in for two minutes." The moment turned comical when she realized she didn't have the key to her house.

Gandhi's conversation with Keventers' co-founders, Aman Arora and Agastya Dalmia, revolved around the brand's growth and its strategic pivot towards Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 cities. They discussed how high rental costs in Tier 1 cities pose challenges to their expansion plans, highlighting the hurdles faced by businesses in such competitive markets.

Meanwhile, the senior Congress leader has expressed his condolence over the tragic stampede in Tirupati in which 6 people have been killed. In a post on X, she wrote, "The tragic stampede in Tirupati is deeply saddening. My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families. Wishing a swift recovery to all those injured. I urge Congress leaders and workers to provide all possible assistance during this difficult time."
