Congress is an illusion says CM Basavaraj Bommai
Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has expressed confidence that the BJP would return to power with a full majority. Karnataka is voting today and the results would be out on May 13.
The Chief Minister said, "I have been travelling across Karnataka and covered over 150 constituencies. There will be purna bahumat ki sarkar (government with the full majority) this time. We are certain of winning the Karnataka election."

On the claim of the anti-incumbency factor that has been raised by the Congress, the CM said that the grand old party is in an illusion.
"In 2018, the anti-incumbency was the highest, but they (Congress) were still defeated. There is no anti-incumbency. If they feel, let them be in the illusion," Bommai also said.
On being asked about the CM face of the BJP, Bommai said that the party legislature will take a call on that. He also said that the CM would definitely be from the BJP.
