The press conference also touched upon issues of violence against women, with Dr. Kumar condemning the assault on AAP MP Swati Maliwal inside Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence. He questioned the BJP's silence on similar allegations against JDS MP Prajwal Revanna, despite substantial audio and video evidence of sexual abuse surfacing online.

Dr. Kumar was joined by Suprio Bhattacharyya, General Secretary of the JMM Central Committee. They announced an upcoming large meeting of the INDIA bloc, set to feature speeches from notable political figures including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, and Kalpana Soren, wife of former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
