Coldplay Ticket Row: Second Notice Issued To BookMyShow CEO After Skipping First Summons
The Mumbai Police's Economic Offences Wing (EOW) has summoned Ashish Hemrajani, the CEO of Big Tree Entertainment, which owns BookMyShow, as part of an investigation into the alleged black market sale of Coldplay concert tickets.
According to ANI, the police stated, "The EOW has sent a summons to Ashish Hemrajani, CEO of Big Tree Entertainment Private Limited, and the company's technical head. They had previously been summoned on September 27 but did not appear before the agency."

The police added that Hemrajani and the technical head have been instructed to appear before the investigating officer to provide their statements.
This action follows a complaint by Advocate Amit Vyas, who accused BookMyShow of facilitating ticket scalping for Coldplay's upcoming concerts, scheduled for January 19-21 at the DY Patil Stadium.
The complaint claims that BookMyShow misled the public and fans, calling for an FIR to be filed under multiple charges, including organised crime, cheating, conspiracy, and breach of trust.
