Pakistan violates ceasefire violation, one civilian injured
Jammu, Aug 18: A civilian was injured in an overnight ceasefire violation by Pakistan Rangers on the international border in Jammu district.
"A civilian identified as Subhash Chander, 38, received a bullet injury in his leg in R.S. Pura sector during the night," a senior police officer told IANS here.

"The injured has been shifted to Government Medical College Hospital Jammu."
The officer said Pakistan Rangers targeted BSF border outposts, with automatics and small arms, in Suchetgarh area of the international border late Monday.
"BSF retaliated and firing exchanges continued in the area till 4.50 a.m. today (Tuesday)," the officer said.
