Chittorgarh School Scandal: Principal Caught In Compromising Position With Teacher
In a shocking incident that has rocked Chittorgarh district, a principal and a teacher from a local government school have been suspended following the circulation of a video allegedly showing them in an inappropriate situation. The video quickly spread across social media platforms, prompting the education department to take immediate action.
Explicit videos showing the school's headmaster, Arvind Vyas, and a female teacher engaging in inappropriate acts within the school premises were leaked, prompting swift action from the education department. Both individuals have been suspended, and an investigation is now underway. However, OneIndia will not be posting the video.

Arvind Vyas, a married man residing in Gangrar, serves as the headmaster. The female teacher, also married and from a nearby area, has a husband who works at a local factory. The leaked CCTV footage revealed the two in compromising situations in various corners of the office, engaging in similar behavior. Their actions were occasionally interrupted by another female teacher, but they resumed once she left the office.
The discovery of the videos has sparked outrage among local villagers, who are demanding strict punishment for the offenders. The School Management Committee had previously warned Vyas about his behavior, but he allegedly threatened to file complaints against the committee for obstructing his duties.
In response to growing concerns, frustrated villagers installed a hidden camera in the school office to capture irrefutable evidence. Sources claim that students had previously reported the inappropriate conduct to their parents, but no action was taken. Villagers accused the headmaster, a senior figure in the teachers' union, of using his influence to silence opposition, including threats of false legal cases against staff and villagers.
District Education Officer (DEO) Rajendra Kumar Sharma confirmed that the explicit videos were sent to the department via email. "This is a serious issue that has damaged the reputation of the education department," Sharma stated. He also mentioned that a three-member committee of senior officials has been assigned to investigate the incident, with findings expected in five days.
Following initial investigations, both the headmaster and the teacher were suspended. Vyas has been reassigned to Rashmi, and the teacher has been transferred to Begu. Disciplinary actions under Rule 16(1)(C) of the Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification, Control, and Appeal) Rules, 1958, have been initiated.
The incident has provoked widespread anger among local residents and parents, who are deeply concerned about the negative impact such behavior could have on students. On Saturday, a large group of villagers gathered at the Gangrar police station, submitting a memorandum to the authorities demanding the immediate dismissal of the accused.
"This is not only a violation of professional ethics but also a serious threat to the moral standards of our schools," the villagers stated in their complaint. Durga Prasad Dadhich, the Gangrar Station In-Charge, assured the villagers that a comprehensive investigation would be conducted and shared with the education department.
Additional allegations have been raised against the headmaster, including forcing students to clean the school premises. Villagers claim that he misused his authority and is demanding exemplary punishment to set a firm precedent.
