Chhota Rajan discloses new, revealing details about Dawood Ibrahim

New Delhi, Nov 7: Chhota Rajan who was deported to India on Friday from Indonesia has disclosed new and revealing details about Dawood Ibrahim, claimed sources.

Intelligence Bureau (IB), Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Delhi police's special cell jointly interrogated him for hours on Friday.

There was speculation that his finances were in the red. However, sources say he has substantial investments in Australia, Thailand and Malaysia.

Chhota Rajan has been sent to five-day CBI custody on Saturday after being produced in a CBI court in New Delhi.

The CBI will now question him in connection with the cases registered against him ranging from extortion to murder in Delhi and Mumbai.

Most of these cases registered against him are over 20 years old and the CBI will have a herculean task ahead of it. The CBI is expected to seek the help of the Mumbai and the Delhi police in the probe.

CBI officials informed that they will seek an extension of remand before the court once the five day period is over. Five days are not sufficient and currently there are more formalities that need to be completed, the officer also informed.
