Chargesheet filed against Delhi ex-minister
Eight months after the incident when Bharti raided the 'Khirki' extension, Bharti was issued a chargesheet him under various sections molestation, outraging women's modesty and several other offences under the penal code.

Seven African women have registered cases against him and his companions, and complained of misbehaviour. The 100-page chargesheet includes the statements of the victims under the 164 CrPC, medical reports, CCTV footage, video footage shot by TV channels and witness statements.
