CBSE CTET Admit Card 2024 Coming Soon: Check When And How To Download
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to release the admit cards for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 just two days before the exam, according to an NDTV report. The CTET 2024 is scheduled to take place on December 14 and 15, so candidates can expect to access their admit cards on December 12 and 13.
The admit card will contain crucial information, including the exam centre address, reporting time, and other essential instructions for the exam. It is mandatory for candidates to carry the CTET admit card along with a valid ID proof to the exam centre. Both documents must be presented upon arrival, and candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam without them.

Additionally, all candidates entering the exam hall will need to undergo biometric attendance as part of the examination process. If a candidate fails to mark their biometric attendance, their result will be cancelled. Therefore, it is crucial for candidates to complete this step at the exam centre to avoid any complications.
The CTET 2024 exam will consist of two papers:
Paper 1: For candidates applying to teach classes 1 to 5.
Paper 2: For those applying to teach classes 6 to 8.
Candidates who wish to apply for both levels must sit for both papers.
Exam Timing
The exam will take place in two shifts:
- Morning Shift: Paper 2 will be held from 9.30 am to 12.00 pm.
- Afternoon Shift: Paper 1 will be held from 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm.
