CBSE Class 10 And 12 Date Sheet Released: Here's How To Download It From cbse.gov.in

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the date sheets for the 2025 Class 10 and 12 board examinations. Students can download the official timetables from the CBSE website at cbse.gov.in. The exams will take place in single shifts, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm or 1:30 pm, depending on the paper's length.

The board has made sure there is enough time between papers, and that exam dates do not clash with important competitive exams. They have also ensured that students are not required to sit two exams in one day and that teachers' schedules are balanced.

This year, the CBSE has released the date sheet 86 days before the exams begin, which is 23 days earlier than last year. This early release is aimed at reducing student anxiety and giving them more time for preparation.

To be eligible for the board exams, students must have at least 75 per cent attendance, though this may be relaxed in special circumstances. Around 44 lakh students from 8,000 schools in India and abroad are expected to appear for the exams next year.

Additionally, the CBSE has announced dates for practical examinations, internal assessments, and project work. These will begin on January 1 for regular schools, while winter-bound schools will conduct them from November 5 to December 15.

1. Go to the official CBSE website at cbse.gov.in.
2. On the homepage, click on the main website.
3. A new page will appear where you need to click on 'Date Sheet for Class X and XII Board Examinations - 2025 (7.65 MB) 20/11/2024.
4. Once the PDF opens, download it and print a copy for reference.
