CBI a wild beast on the loose under BJP: Katiyar

The CBI had appealed in the Supreme Court to restore criminal conspiracy charges against Lal Krishna Advani and others.

BJP leader Vinay Katiyar has hit out at the Central Bureau of Investigation and called it a beast on the loose under the current government at the centre. The CBI has become like a wild beast on the loose under the present dispensation, reported ANI.

The CBI had appealed in the Supreme Court to restore criminal conspiracy charges against party's senior leaders Lal Krishna Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi, Uma Bharti and Rajasthan Governor Kalyan Singh among others.

It is the CBI that is conspiring under the people Katiyar said while denying any role in the demolition of the Babri Masjid. "Nobody conspired against it. But if there was somebody who conspired, it is the CBI. CBI has become a wild animal on the loose under the present dispensation. It is the CBI which is conspiring. When there was no case, why was it framed against us by the CBI, he also questioned.
