CBI wants Saradha case out of West Bengal
The West Bengal administration is becoming extremely difficult to deal with and from day one all the central agencies have complained that there is too much obstruction in the Saradha scam probe.
First it was the Serious Frauds Investigation Office and now the Central Bureau of Investigation. Next time if the CBI is greeted by rowdy elements in the crowd then the agency will approach the Supreme Court seeking that the case be shifted out of West Bengal.

CBI officials say that the crowds that gather outside the court have rowdy elements who threaten. It was like a war zone and producing Madan Mitra was a difficult job.
Hostility
The CBI says that even the SFIO in its report had said that many aspects of the probe could not be looked into since the officials never cooperated. There are instances of officers from Delhi being threatened by the West Bengal cops. Ideally the state police needs to protect central investigating agencies, but here it is very different.
The CBI officer also said that never in any state has this amount of hostility be seen. If the need be and depending on how the situation prevails we will take a call whether to approach the Supreme Court.
