Caught on camera: Two women fight over saree during sale in Bengaluru

A yearly sale organised at a retail store in Bengaluru saw two women fighting over a saree. The video of nasty fight between the two women over a saree inside the store went viral on various social media platforms.

According to reports, the incident occurred when the clothing store was holding annual discount sale at the famous Malleshwaram's silk sarees to dispose of the stock.

In the viral video, two women can be seen engaged in heated argument while shopping at a Mysuru silk saree sale event. Sooner, the fight escalated and they were seen hitting and pulling each other's hair in the viral video. Later, the security staff tried to stop the fight and separate them from each other, but the fierce customers continued to hurl slaps at each other.

However, most of the other women customers continued shopping, unmindful of the fight.

The video that garnered 33,700 likes on Instagram elicited several funny comments with one user comparing it to a scene from the 'Friends' TV series. Monica Geller, a character in 'Friends' gets into a similar fight when she goes to buy her wedding dress.

Another user was curious to know about the saree and wrote,'What happened to saree? Who gets what saree?'.
