CAT 2013 results out, 8 score 100 percentile

New Delhi, Jan 14: Eight candidates scored 100 percentile in Common Admission Test (

)2013, informed the convener of the test. The results were declared on Tuesday.

The admissions to prestigeous Indian Institute of Managements and several other top management institutes are decided on the basis of CAT scores .

All the students who have scored 100 percentile are engineers.

Among the 18 candidates who scored 99.9 percentile or more, only one is female.

Three candidates have work experience of 12-24 months in automobile, banking services and information technology sectors.

Most of the cent percentile scorers are from Mumbai (3). New Delhi and Hyderabad have one winners each. The other three are from Samalkot, Secunderabad and Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh.

Besides, 10 candidates have scored 99.99 percentile.

Nearly 1.74 lakh students had appeared for CAT 2013. This year IIM-Indore had got the responsibility for conducting CAT.
