Case against Mallika Sherawat for insulting national flag
"It is a court-referred matter. Following the court directive, a case under Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971 has been registered by Falaknuma Police against Mallika Sherawat," said Assistant Commissioner of Police Mohammed Abdul Bari.
Qadir and Samiuddin, two city residents, had a approached a local magistrate's court seeking registration of a case against Sherawat over a poster of her upcoming film "Dirty Politics" that shows her draped in the tricolour.
