Budget 2016: Sensex may have some good news
Mumbai, Feb 23: Reeling under the uncertain global environment, market participants are mindful of the probable proposals and their influence on the stock.
However, the stock markets show a positive performance one month after the Budget. As per the 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2014 reports, the sensex grew from 5% to 10% in month post Budget.

There would be some movement in the market depending on how the participants behave after a month of the budget. That is when the stocks are bought. It is rather rare that the market gains during the month of the Budget. It was only once in 2014, did the Sensex record a gain during the month before the Budget.
If the government presents an investor-friendly and growth-oriented budget, the market may bounce back from the 12% drop this year.
