Hurry! Limited Offer: Book SpiceJet flight ticket at Rs 999

New Delhi, April 28: SpiceJet once again has come up with an interesting offer. The airline on Monday, April 27 announced travellers with only hand baggage can avail flight tickets at Rs 999.

Interested people can book the tickets between April 27 and April 29 for the travel period between July 1 and Oct 15, 2015. The airline authorities informed that 1.5 lakh seats are on sale and the offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Air travellers, who will book flight tickets under the above mentioned scheme, will be allowed a maximum of 7 kg of hand baggage each, plus standard sized laptop bag or ladies purse.

Passengers, who will carry extra baggages (check-in baggage upto 15 kg), will be charged Rs 750 extra. Travellers will have to pay the extra amount at the airport during check-in, SpiceJet officials informed.

In an official statement, the airline officials said, "With this latest Travel Light, Save More sale with fares starting at Rs 999 all-in, SpiceJet is once again taking the lead by unbundling fares so that passengers only pay for what goods and services they want to consume.

Those who travel light no longer have to wonder why they must pay for luggage that they do not carry, instead they get a discount for travelling with hand baggage only", Sanjiv Kapoor, chief operating officer."
