Book on Pranab's contribution to education

New Delhi, June 7: A book highlighting the contribution of President Pranab Mukherjee to the field of education will be released here on Wednesday.

"The book, 'The Education President', highlights the contributions of (President) Mukherjee to the field of higher education as visitor to 116 institutions of higher learning in India," an official statement said.

The first copy of the book will be presented to the President by Vice President Hamid Ansari at a function to be held here at Rashtrapati Bhavan.

The book has been published by the International Institute for Higher Education Research and Capacity Building, OP Jindal University.
