The promotional airfare by AirAsia India has been announced ahead of the festive season in the country. The fares under the above mentioned scheme starts from Rs 1,090.

AirAsia India announced that the airline would provide flight ticket at Rs 1,090, all inclusive. This is the lowest price under the scheme and it will cover Imphal and Guwahati route.

Bengaluru-Pune (Rs 1,790), New Delhi-Bengaluru (Rs 3,490), New Delhi-Goa (Rs 3,690) and Pune-Jaipur (Rs 4,090) -- are some of the other routes which will be covered under the same scheme.

The same airline recently has come up with another scheme offering flight ticket at Rs 890 for travel till 2016.

Indian airlines have been making great profits with such offers. According to reports, air travellers carried by domestic airlines in the first seven months till July 2015 rose 21 per cent to 455.78 lakh.
