Body of 17-year-old boy recovered from well in AP
Vizianagaram (AP), Jan 27: The body of a minor boy, who had been missing for the last three days, was today recovered from a farm well at Parvathipuram in the district, police said.
"The deceased was identified as Sai Kiran (17). He went missing from his residence in YKM Colony on January 24," Parvathipuram Police Sub-Inspector (PSI), B Surendra Babu said.

The victim's parents since then were under the impression that their son might have gone to attend a festival celebration near their village and searched for him at several places, he said.
However, the boy's body was recovered this morning and sent to local government hospital for post-mortem, he said.
A case under relevant section of the CrPC has been registered, he said, adding further investigation is on.
