Black money probe: SC asks SIT to submit status report by May 12
New Delhi, April 21: The Supreme Court on Tuesday asked the Special Investigation Team (SIT) to submit the status report on the progress made by it in the black money case by May 12.
In its first Cabinet meet soon after coming to power, the Narendra Modi government had formed a Special Investigation Team to probe black money following the Supreme Court orders.
The SIT is headed by former Supreme Court judge M B Shah.
