BJP Will Form Govt In Bihar: Dy CM Vijay Sinha's Statement Sparks Debate Amid 'Nitish Kumar Not Happy' Rumours
With Assembly Elections in Bihar due by next year, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha made a big statement on the 100th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. While addressing an event, Sinha said a true tribute to Atal ji would be only after the BJP forms a government in Bihar.
According to him, BJP workers have liberated Bihar from those who tarnished it, but the mission remains incomplete without a BJP-led government. Deputy CM's statement came at a time when speculations on social media are going on that CM Nitish Kumar is not happy in the NDA alliance.

Some social media users predicted that Nitish Kumar, known for making and breaking alliances and governments, may switch sides once again ahead of the crucial Bihar assembly elections.
During an event in Patna on Wednesday, marking Vajpayee's centenary, Sinha criticised the current state of affairs in Bihar. He claimed that individuals from the "jungle raj" era continue to disrupt social harmony. The event was attended by notable figures including Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar and CM Nitish Kumar, who paid floral tributes to Vajpayee's statue.
Bihar's Political Climate
Sinha also took aim at Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav, describing an ongoing struggle between decency and malevolence in Bihar. He framed this as a battle between the state's good governance under the current administration and the misgovernance attributed to the opposition. This rhetoric underscores the political tension within the region.
The Deputy CM further criticised former Chief Minister Lalu Yadav, accusing him of introducing "goonda rule" and fraudulent politics in Bihar. Sinha labelled Lalu as a key figure in Bihar's decline, contrasting this with Atal ji's decision to send Nitish Kumar to promote good governance in the state.
Commemorating Atal Bihari Vajpayee
A tribute ceremony was held at Patliputra Park in Patna for Vajpayee's birth anniversary. The event saw participation from various dignitaries including Deputy CMs Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Sinha. They joined others in honouring Vajpayee by offering flowers at his statue, reflecting on his contributions and legacy.
The statement by Vijay Kumar Sinha highlights ongoing political aspirations within Bihar. His remarks suggest an indirect call for a BJP Chief Minister in the state, emphasising that only then can Atal ji receive a genuine tribute. This sentiment resonates with BJP supporters aiming for political change.
