BJP's letter to voters is no violation of model code of conduct, says Arun Jaitley
New Delhi, Feb 6: The BJP on Friday said it has not violated the model code of conduct by publishing an advertisement in newspapers on Friday a day ahead of Delhi election.

His comment came after the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) alleged it was a violation of the code of conduct.
"They convert black money into white, are caught distributing liquor, but that is not violation of code of conduct for them," Jaitley said pointing a finger at the AAP.
"We are sending a message to the voter, and that is violation according to them." he said.
The BJP Friday published full-page advertisements in leading news papers listing their achievements since they formed a government at the Centre.
The AAP also wondered who was funding the advertisements.
