BJP's arrival has changed political scenario in TN: Advani

"The rainbow front led by the BJP in the state has made the bipolar contest between the DMK and AIADMK less and less relevant", stated Advani, said a TOI report.

The BJP veteran said that the political scenario in Tamil Nadu has changed drastically.

"Till now it is generally felt that Tamil Nadu politics is mainly a contest between two parties -DMK and AIADMK. But now this particular combination of parties, which has come to be known as rainbow front led by the BJP, has made the bipolar contest less and less relevant," he said while addressing a public meeting at Vellore.

Unlike the dravidian parties, BJP represents all castes and creeds, said Advani.

"I would say the arrival of NDA in south as important facet of our battle," Advani told reporters.
