BJP Elects New Presidents for 15 Organisational Districts in Jammu Region

The Jammu and Kashmir BJP has announced the election of new presidents for 15 organisational districts in the Jammu region. This announcement was made by Rakesh Mahajan, who serves as the returning officer for the party's organisational elections. A party spokesperson confirmed that these elections are part of the ongoing Sangathan Parv at the national level.

Mahajan highlighted the BJP's dedication to democratic values during the announcement. He stated that these elections reflect the party's commitment to democratic principles. The Jammu region has been divided into five organisational districts, each with its newly elected president.

New Leadership in Jammu Region

Rinku Chowdhary has been elected as the president for Jammu Border. Naresh Singh Jasrotia will lead Jammu South, while Rajesh Gupta takes charge of Jammu. Nand Kishore Sharma has been chosen for Jammu North, and Kuldeep Sharma will oversee Akhnoor.

In other districts, Gopal Krishan is now the president of Basohli, and Updesh Andotra will lead Kathua. Asha Sharma has been elected to head the BJP in Samba. Pritam Sharma will serve as president for Nowshera, with Dev Raj Sharma taking on Rajouri and Gurdeep Singh leading Poonch.

District Presidents Elected

Rohit Dubey is set to become the new organisational district president of Reasi, while Arun Gupta will take charge in Udhampur. Babu Ram has been elected to lead Doda's organisational district. Additionally, Rajiv Pandita will serve as president for Kashmir Displaced District.
