BJP member hacked to death in Bengaluru

A BJP member was hacked to death on Tuesday morning in Bengaluru. The incident occurred at the Surya City police station limits at around 5 am.

The deceased has been identified as Kithaganahalli Vasu. Investigations suggest that the motive behind the killing may have been political in nature.

Police officials say that the incident took place near a private college. According to eye witnesses Vasu was dragged out of his car and hacked to death by 8 unidentified assailants. He had just finished his morning walk and had stepped into his car when the incident occured. Further investigations are on.
