BJP meet: Jaitley hits out at UPA for India's economic paralysis
BJP president Rajnath Singh invoked Mahatma Gandhi at the meet, saying India's success story is waiting for the BJP to come to power.
"The Indian success story is not over, it is waiting for BJP to come to power," Rajnath Singh told the national council meet of the BJP.He also said that the BJP was working to fulfill Mahatma Gandhi's dreams. "The Congress is using Gandhi's name but has abandoned Gandhian philosophy. But the BJP is the party working on Gandhi's principles," he said.
He accused the Congress of stopping the BJP from coming to power.
"Congress' policy is to use a shield to stop BJP from coming to power," Singh said, adding, "foreign elements" were also trying that a "strong government is not formed".
