BJP leader, security guard shot dead in Noida
The BJP leader was identified as Shiv Kumar, headman of Tigri village.
A BJP leader and his security guard were shot dead by unidentified bike borne assailants in Greater Noida's Bisrakh on Thursday.
The BJP leader was identified as Shiv Kumar, headman of Tigri village. The criminals shot bullets at his Fortuner car and he was dead. Two other occupants were also injured and they are admitted to a private hospital.
Kumar's car lost balance and hit a divider after shots were fired.
A police team reached the spot to investigate the matter. The bodies have been sent for postmortem.
Further investigation is on.
