BJP's Nadda Critiques INDIA Bloc, Advocates Development in Puducherry Roadshow
BJP National President J.P. Nadda recently made a strong critique of the INDIA bloc, labeling it as a coalition of corrupt political entities. This statement came during a roadshow in Puducherry, organized by the BJP's local unit, where Nadda also praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi's contributions to the union territory's development. The event underscored the BJP's commitment to development and welfare over politics of division and appeasement.

At the heart of Nadda's address was the assertion that Prime Minister Modi has significantly met Puducherry's infrastructure, healthcare, and connectivity needs. He highlighted the central government's efforts in road and rail development, port establishment, and healthcare augmentation under Modi's leadership. Nadda contrasted these achievements with the alleged failures of the INDIA bloc, accusing its leaders of neglecting people's welfare.
Nadda did not hold back on his criticisms, pointing out that key figures in the opposition, including Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, P Chidambaram of Congress, along with AAP's Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his aide Manish Sisodia, faced legal challenges. His remarks emphasized the legal woes of these leaders to question their integrity and dedication to public service.
The BJP leader also sought support for A Namassivayam, the party's candidate for Puducherry's lone Lok Sabha seat. He lauded Chief Minister N Rangasamy for his popularity and dedication to the welfare of Puducherry's residents. Nadda assured that under the NDA government, Puducherry has seen substantial development projects that have directly benefited its people.
Chief Minister Rangasamy echoed Nadda's sentiments during the roadshow. He criticized the previous Congress administration for its lack of developmental initiatives and highlighted his government's harmonious relationship with the Lt Governor, which facilitated smooth implementation of various schemes.
Namassivayam promised to be a strong voice for Puducherry in the Lok Sabha and to bring more developmental schemes to the Union Territory if elected. The roadshow itself was a vibrant affair with participants actively showing their support for Prime Minister Modi and the BJP, signaling strong local backing for the party ahead of elections.
The event not only served as a platform for political endorsements but also as a testament to BJP's focus on development politics over divisive strategies. With leaders like Nadda at the forefront, the party aims to continue its developmental agenda while challenging opposition parties on their governance records.
