In a tragic incident, at least four people were killed and several others injured after a passenger train collided with a goods train near Jairamnagar station in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, on Tuesday evening.

Videos from the accident site show the first coach of the MEMU local train (Train No. 68733) traveling from Gevra Road to Bilaspur, mounted on top of the stationary goods train. The impact of the collision was massive, leaving the front compartments completely mangled.

In the videos circulating online, locals and railway personnel can be seen rushing to the scene as smoke and debris fill the air. Dozens of people gathered around the wreckage, while rescue workers tried to pull out trapped passengers. The distressing visuals capture the scale of the devastation, with the engine of the passenger train severely damaged.

Railway authorities and emergency responders reached the spot within minutes of the collision.
