Bihar's Tableau On Kartavya Path At Republic Day Parade Wins Hearts
On the occasion of Republic Day, as Bihar's tableau moved forward from Vijay Chowk towards Kartavya Path, it was welcomed by applause from the audience.
As the tableau reached in front of the main stage, an announcement was made from the podium: "This is Bihar's tableau. Bihar's tableau is celebrating the state's rich tradition of knowledge and peace. Bihar has been a land of knowledge since ancient times."

The tableau displayed Lord Buddha in a meditative Dharmachakra mudra along with the sacred Bodhi tree, and the ruins of Nalanda University.
With the inauguration of the new International Nalanda University by the honourable Prime Minister, Bihar is re-establishing itself as a global centre of knowledge.
After this announcement from the main stage, the audience along the entire Kartavya Path stood and applauded the tableau, which showcased Bihar's rich traditions.
All the spectators were capturing this beautiful tableau on their mobile cameras, and even foreign guests at the event were taking pictures.
The Bodhi tree symbolised that the light of knowledge spread from this very land to the entire world.
The tableau of Bihar displayed the state's rich tradition of knowledge and peace. Lord Buddha, who conveys a message of peace, was depicted in the tableau.
This exceptional statue of Lord Buddha, located at the Ghodakatora reservoir in Rajgir, is visited by millions of tourists annually.
The 70-foot-tall statue, carved from a single stone, was established in 2018, and the development of Ghodakatora Lake alongside it is an innovative effort by the Bihar government in the field of eco-tourism.
The tableau also showcased the ruins of the ancient Nalanda Mahavihara (university), which are a testament to the fact that students from distant countries like China, Japan, and Central Asia used to come here to acquire knowledge.
