In the accident, Tejashwi Yadav's driver and a policeman got injured, while he was fortunate enough to escape the accident narrowly.
Immediate Response and Hospital Visit
Following the crash, the injured personnel were quickly taken to Sadar Hospital for medical attention. Tejashwi Yadav, accompanied by RJD MLA Dr Mukesh Roshan and Vaishali's civil surgeon, visited the hospital to check on their condition. Other officials also joined them to ensure proper care for those injured.

Tejashwi Yadav expressed his concerns over the incident, stating that the truck came within five feet of where he stood. "Had there been even a slight imbalance, the vehicle could have hit us directly," he remarked. He called for strict action against those responsible for this negligence.
Call for Investigation
RJD MLA Mukesh Roshan voiced concerns about whether the truck driver was intoxicated at the time of the accident. He urged for a thorough investigation into the matter and confirmed that a formal complaint has been filed with the police.
