Bihar's 'serial kisser' Mohammed Akram arrested by police
Police in Jamui arrested Mohammed Akram, the man accused of forcibly kissing women and girls on the streets of Bihar.

Akram, who is said to be the ringleader of a gang involved in the molestation of multiple women and theft cases, was apprehended by the police along with his four accomplices in a raid conducted in the late hours of Sunday evening.
According to reports, the accused and his gang members have been active in the area for several months and have been targeting women who were walking alone on the streets. The gang would follow their victims and then forcibly kiss them.
One such incident was captured in a CCTV camera when a woman identified as a Class IV health worker in the hospital since 2015, was talking on cell phone inside the premises of Sadar hospital and the alleged serial kisser came from behind, forcibly kissed her, and fled. The disturbing incident took place at the premises of the hospital in broad daylight on March 10.
The victim then lodged an FIR at the Jamui police station. A case for outraging the modesty of women has been registered in town police station and investigations are on.
