On February 17, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary inaugurated the Bihar State Pavilion at the summit. Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan Singh (Lalan Singh), representing the Ministry of Panchayati Raj and the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, attended the event as the Chief Guest. The occasion was also attended by Bihar's IT Minister Shreyasi Singh, Industries Minister Dilip Kumar Jaiswal, and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Kumar Jha, along with senior state officials and representatives from IIT Patna. The Bihar Pavilion has been set up at Hall 5-F, Stall Numbers 8 and 12 at Bharat Mandapam.
