Bihar polls: Amit Shah takes over to pacify rebels
Patna, Sept 30: The BJP is leaving nothing to chance in Bihar. With the high decibel and all important elections to the Bihar assembly elections approaching the BJP which feels it is in with a good chance does not want the rebels to spoil the party for them.
The National President of the BJP, Amit Shah who is in Bihar will stay on until the election process is over.

Party sources informed OneIndia that he realizes that a rebellion at this point in time would have a disastrous effect on the party's prospects in the forthcoming elections.
Leaving nothing to chance
The decision to stay on in Bihar until the election process is complete was taken by Shah in the wake of certain statements being made over the distribution of tickets.
Shah who was instrumental in the cracking the seat sharing arrangement code which too was threatening to blow up into a major crisis has decided that he would speak with the rebels in Bihar.
Shah will hold a series of meetings at Bihar with the BJP's local unit. He will also call in the rebels for discussions and convey to them that they are not being ignored by the party. He has already advised the senior leaders of the party in Bihar not take the issue of rebels lightly.
Shah is expected to stay put in Bihar until November. The fact that he will not be addressing the Jan Samvad at the BJP's headquarters in October and November clearly indicates that he will stay on in Bihar. Shah was scheduled to address the Jan Samvad programme on October 5, 19th and November 2.
Hectic schedule for Shah
It will be a hectic schedule for Amit Shah in Bihar. He has already lined up a series of meetings for today with the party workers at Begusarai today. This will be followed by a meeting at Patna on October 3.
Party workers informed that the meetings would largely aim at pacifying the rebels. Our national president wants no rebellion as he is well aware that it could spoil the chances of the party in several constituencies.
Apart from the issues of rebels Shah will also play a key part in strategizing the campaign. For several leaders in Bihar, the presence of Shah is important as they feel that only he is capable of completely controlling the campaign and also a possible situation if the rebels go overboard.
